I'm a Florida licensed real estate broker, a Georgia licensed sales associate, a military spouse, and a Military Relocation Professional. Having experienced military moves myself, I understand that buying or selling a home isn't always happening under perfect circumstances. Sometimes you have plenty of time to plan, and sometimes you get orders and suddenly everything has to happen at once. That experience is a big part of why I enjoy helping military families moving to and from the Emerald Coast.
I also understand real estate from an owner's perspective. Investment properties can be a great opportunity, but being a landlord comes with plenty of challenges — that's why our property management side is intentionally hands-on. I want our owners to know who is taking care of their property, what's going on with it, and that they have someone they can call when they have a question.
Via Prime Properties isn't about becoming the biggest brokerage or property management company. It's about doing a good job for the people who trust us, building relationships, and being the company they feel comfortable calling the next time they need something.
